  • Digital product sales (eBooks, training guides) are final and non-refundable once downloaded.

  • Coaching sessions are non-refundable but can be rescheduled with at least 24 hours' notice.

Knox Preston Coaching provides training based on personal experience and best practices. However:

  • We do not guarantee specific athletic performance results.

  • You acknowledge that sports training carries inherent risks, and you assume full responsibility for any injuries or setbacks.
